chronic pain syndrome
"Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up."
-Thomas Edison
understanding chronic pain syndromes
Defined as pain that is located anywhere within the body and lasts at least over three months in duration. Chronic pain syndromes also tend to interfere with your daily activities since the pain can be present at all times, or it may come and go.

WHY THE CURRENT APPROACH FAILS?
Chronic pain like most chronic illnesses can be attributed to a wide range of various mechanisms. We live in a world where niching down to the most minuscule of things has become the standard of healthcare. What this leads to is a patient that has to bounce around from one provider to the next to try and unravel the web of chronic illness in hopes that all those providers are collaborating behind the scenes in order to
find a solution. How often do you think
that actually happens?
